What is Compliance and why is it important for us?<\/strong><\/p>

Compliance is a set of practices and policies designed to ensure that the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the highest ethical standards. For us, compliance is not simply a legal obligation; it is the foundation of our business culture. <\/p>

Our Basic Principles:<\/strong><\/p><\/div>

FAE<\/strong> is a family-owned industrial company, which, as indicated in its Code of Ethics and Conduct, is governed by the following values:<\/p>

    The Importance of Our Compliance Policy:<\/strong><\/p>

    FAE<\/strong> is committed to managing its legal and compliance obligations in Spain, as well as in the rest of the countries in which it operates and markets its products through allies, distributors or commercial representatives.<\/p>

    As part of this commitment, it has decided to implement a Criminal and Anti-Corruption Compliance Management System<\/strong>, in accordance with which it will identify and manage legal risks, and will have the means so that its governing body, its senior management, its employees and, to the extent applicable, its business partners; are aware of the legal obligations that apply to them and contribute, each from their role, to the generation of an ethical and sustainable culture within FAE<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
