Il dispose d&rsquo;une station de dosage dans laquelle divers processus de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fae.es\/fr\/newsletter-fae-06-2023#coating\">Coating<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fae.es\/fr\/newsletter-fae-06-2023#poating\">Poating<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fae.es\/fr\/newsletter-fae-06-2023#sealing\">Sealing<\/a> sont effectu\u00e9s automatiquement. Elle a une grande <strong>capacit\u00e9 de fabrication de 500 000 unit\u00e9s\/an<\/strong> par quart de travail et tous les produits sont fabriqu\u00e9s dans les usines de Barcelone, sous la norme bri\u00e8vement.<\/em><\/p><p><strong><em>Coating<\/em><\/strong> (Rev\u00eatement) : le processus de rev\u00eatement implique l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;un rev\u00eatement protecteur sur la surface des composants \u00e9lectroniques ou des cartes de circuits imprim\u00e9s (PCB) pour fournir une protection contre l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, la corrosion ou d&rsquo;autres facteurs environnementaux. Dans une salle ESD, cela se fait selon des normes de contr\u00f4le statique rigoureuses pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;endommager les composants sensibles. Des mat\u00e9riaux de rev\u00eatement sp\u00e9ciaux qui sont dissipatifs ou conducteurs sont utilis\u00e9s pour emp\u00eacher l&rsquo;accumulation de charges \u00e9lectrostatiques. Ce processus est effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une salle ESD pour \u00e9viter les dommages caus\u00e9s par les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques. Les op\u00e9rateurs doivent suivre des directives strictes de contr\u00f4le statique, telles que l&rsquo;utilisation de bracelets antistatiques et d&rsquo;\u00e9tablis conducteurs. De plus, des m\u00e9thodes de manipulation et de transport des composants qui minimisent le risque de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ou d&rsquo;accumulation de charges \u00e9lectrostatiques peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es. Dans un environnement industriel dans une salle ESD, les protocoles de contr\u00f4le statique doivent \u00eatre suivis pour \u00e9viter les probl\u00e8mes caus\u00e9s par les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques. Cela implique la mise \u00e0 la terre d&rsquo;objets et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de cordons ou de fiches de mise \u00e0 la terre. Ce faisant, toute charge \u00e9lectrique accumul\u00e9e se dissipera de mani\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e vers la terre, \u00e9vitant ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une d\u00e9charge \u00e9lectrostatique nocive.  <\/p><p><strong>Bracelets antistatiques<\/strong> : ces bracelets sont couramment utilis\u00e9s dans des environnements o\u00f9 des composants \u00e9lectroniques sensibles sont manipul\u00e9s. Ils sont plac\u00e9s autour du poignet de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur et sont reli\u00e9s \u00e0 une prise de terre. Les bracelets aident \u00e0 d\u00e9tourner toute charge \u00e9lectrique accumul\u00e9e dans le corps humain vers la terre, l&#8217;emp\u00eachant d&rsquo;\u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9e aux composants \u00e9lectroniques.  <\/p><p><strong>Tapis et \u00e9tablis conducteurs<\/strong> : Ces surfaces sp\u00e9ciales sont con\u00e7ues pour dissiper en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique. Ils sont faits de mat\u00e9riaux conducteurs ou ont une couche conductrice qui permet \u00e0 toute charge \u00e9lectrique de se d\u00e9charger progressivement vers le sol. Des tapis et des \u00e9tablis conducteurs sont utilis\u00e9s dans les zones o\u00f9 des composants \u00e9lectroniques sont manipul\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;accumulation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique.  <\/p><p><strong>Emballages et contenants antistatiques<\/strong> : Les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s dans l&#8217;emballage et les contenants des composants \u00e9lectroniques sensibles sont con\u00e7us pour dissiper efficacement l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique.
