For more than a year, FAE’s clients in Spain have had the TAS (Technical Assistance Service) at their disposal, a service in which they find answers to all queries that may arise about their products.
With immediate effect, and due to the synergies with the language, FAE expands its service to its LATAM clients, who will be able to request help, for example with:
- Identification of references
- Product Performance
- Technical repair procedures
- Technical documentation
- Support during assembly
